Queens Care Home, Gourock is sold by Walton HPC

Walton HPC have successfully disposed of Queens Care Home in Gourock on behalf of Rivendell Ltd.

The home, which is registered for 30 residents, has been trading for a number of years and enjoys excellent views over the Clyde Estuary. Following a semi-confidential marketing campaign, the property was sold for undisclosed sum to an existing private operator.
