The unit which is part conversion and part purpose built is registered for 40 beds and is located within the High Peaks area of Derbyshire.
The home has been purchased by a specialist investment fund off a net initial yield of 7.9% and JTV have agreed to take a new institutional lease on standard terms.
Gary Walton who brokered and advised on the transaction, commented:
"Bank funding is still relatively difficult to obtain for major growth, as such this option allow operators like JTV ltd to release the necessary equity to be in a prime position to snap up the relatively good opportunities that seem to be coming to the market".
